ERA Wilder Realty Honored with ERA Real Estate’s National Circle of Light Award
ERA Real Estate, a leading global real estate franchisor, recently honored ERA Wilder Realty, Inc. of Columbia, SC, led by Eddie Wilder, President, as the winner of the ERA 2023 Circle of Light for Community Leadership Award.
ERA Wilder Realty, Inc. was honored on stage at Fuel 2023, ERA’s International Business Conference in Nashville, TN by Alex Vidal, President of ERA Real Estate.

Elizabeth Grimm Nationally Recognized As “2023 Rookie of The Year” Finalist by ERA Real Estate
Columbia, South Carolina (January 24, 2024) – Elizabeth Grimm, local real estate professional with ERA Wilder Realty of Columbia, SC has been selected as a “2023 Rookie of the Year” finalist by ERA Real Estate, a leading global real estate franchisor. Lizz was selected from more than 200 companies nationwide as one of three finalists for this prestigious award.
Elizabeth Grimm is not only a strong producer, she’s also a community leader, and a role model. She participates in all company training and has taught classes on social media marketing and social networking to other agents in the company. She volunteers to help her fellow realtors shoot videos in upcoming events and is the consummate team player. Elizabeth is an avid user of ERA Tools and frequently helps agents who are less comfortable with programs to sharpen their skills.
The Rookie of the Year Award is bestowed on the ERA Sales Associate who puts the established ERA marketing, training & development, and business-management tools to use during their first full calendar year with ERA Real Estate. In addition, the Rookie of the Year exhibits success in closed production in Total Units and Sales Volume. This award is based on the first full year of activity in the business. The 2023 ERA Rookie of the Year award recipient will be announced at FUEL 2024, ERA’s International Business Conference, in Nashville, TN, in late-February 2024.
