Boating from Craven's Grant
Craven's Grant sits on the Intracoastal Waterway. From here, the Sampit opens into Winyah Bay, the bay opens to the ocean, and five rivers reach inland.

Winyah Bay
Where the Sampit, Pee Dee, Black and Waccamaw rivers meet, part of the Intracoastal Waterway.
North Island
A boat-only barrier island at the mouth of the bay, home to South Carolina's oldest active lighthouse.
The Atlantic
Offshore fishing and open water beyond the bay.
The five rivers
All five rivers flow into Winyah Bay right beside Craven's Grant, so a boat from here can head up any of them or out to the ocean.
