CHAPIN, S.C. (March 13, 2007) – Local Real Estate company ERA Wilder Realty was recently named the number one ERA franchise in the World. The Gene Francis Memorial Award is awarded to one of the more than 3,500 ERA franchises world-wide. The announcement was made March 9 at the annual International ERA Conference in Las Vegas, Nevada.

 

ERA Wilder Realty founder and president, Eddie Wilder, said “this award represents the hard-work and dedication of the more than 400 people with this company. This is the first time the 12-year-old franchise has received the coveted Gene Francis Memorial Award.
