ERA Wilder Realty Sponsors Oak Pointe Students In Collecting Change for Muscular
Dystrophy
IRMO, SC – Students at Oak Pointe Elementary School are excited about collecting
change for Muscular Dystrophy. This is a school-wide service project sponsored
by ERA Wilder Realty of Irmo. On Thursday, October 11
th, the coin tubes filled by the students will be collected by Mrs. Katie Walters,
Oak Pointe Elementary School Counselor.
The student who collects the most money for Muscular Dystrophy will be driven
to and from school by a limousine provided by ERA Wilder Realty of Irmo. The
class winner will receive a pizza lunch, and the second and third class winners
will receive ice cream parties.
Ashley, a third grader said, “I want to fill up the tubes as many times as I
can, not because of the limo ride, but because I know how hard it is to be in
the hospital, and I want to help these kids.”
