Smith, Lisa Walker, recently completed the ERA Top Gun Academy, an advanced home buying and selling training program offered
by ERA Franchise Systems LLC.
The ERA Top Gun Academy is designed to increase productivity by focusing on several
skill areas essential to success in the industry. Each session builds on the individual's
understanding of their customer and offers techniques for identifying and providing
better, more individualized customer service.
