ERA Wilder Realty - Finalist for the National Award for Commitment to Fighting
Muscular Dystrophy
Columbia, SC June 2008 – ERA Wilder Realty was recognized recently for its annual
fundraising efforts to support the Muscular Dystrophy Association (MDA). ERA Wilder
Realty, which raised $66,327.19 for MDA in 2007, was a finalist for the prestigious
Ed Bilinkas Memorial Award at the 2008 ERA International Business Conference, held February 25-28 in Orlando, Florida.
Throughout 2007 across all 13 office locations in the Carolinas, ERA Wilder Realty
participated in many fundraising efforts such as sponsoring bluegrass festivals,
collecting change for a school–wide service project, bowl-a-thons, yard sales
and more for raise funds for the Muscular Dystrophy Association (MDA).

other members of the community recognized for their support of such a worthy cause,"

in the world for those served by MDA nationwide."
Since 1977, ERA brokers and sales associates have collectively raised over $30 million to fund
research and provide services to help the more than one million Americans affected
by neuromuscular diseases. As the sole corporate sponsor of MDA from the real
estate industry, ERA has consistently been among the top corporate contributors to the organization
each year.
