In September 2006 I joined ERA Wilder Realty as the Broker-in-Charge of the Sumter Office. On November 1, 2007 I transferred the management of that Office to another Broker and assumed full time responsibility as a Broker Associate with the Irmo Office of ERA Wilder Realty. This change allows me to follow my true passion of helping people buy or sell their home. I am also involved in helping companies relocate their key employees utilizing our corporate moving programs Real estate has been my career for over twenty years.

In addition, with a corporate relocation company, I was the Director of Business Development and Broker Resources. My responsibilities included to successfully develop sales strategies, objectives and target markets for the corporate business development program and to assist the 650+ broker members with problem resolution.

I have also proudly served my country in the United States Army and served a tour of duty in the Republic of Viet Nam.
